Potato Council competition
Three Eco-committee members volunteered this week to harvest our potato crop, ready for the Potato Council competition. The school with the heaviest crop wins.
We had 725g of rocket potatoes and 800g of regional variety. We will wait to see if we are win-ners!
Aylesbury in bloom competition
We have entered the school into the „Aylesbury in Bloom‟ competition again this year. We have entered the “Best Vegetable Garden” category with the allotment and the “Best Garden in a Pot” category, Two pots are following the “Wimbledon” theme and two are “British summer gardens”.
As with the potatoes, we will update you as to how we get on.
